For studios · academies · group classes
Fill every seat in every class, even when you’re on the mat.
Opraly is the booking system built for group sessions: a weekly schedule where every class is a resource with real seat capacity, drop-in and series enrolment, packs and memberships that bill themselves, and waitlists that refill the gaps — all on autopilot.

Everything the front desk does
One schedule that runs the whole studio.
Stop stitching together a booking widget, a card reader and three apps — Opraly runs the whole student journey end to end.
24/7 self-enrolment
Students book the exact class, instructor and time they want from your page, social bio or Google profile — day or night, no phone tag. Your timetable fills itself while the studio sleeps.
Seats, not slots
Every session is a resource with a set capacity — say 20 spots — and it fills until it is full. Students see exactly how many places are left, the class closes itself the moment the last seat goes, and clean weekly patterns keep your whole timetable running on rails.
Prepaid packs & no-shows
Take payment up front and set cancellation windows so an empty mat costs the student, not you.
Memberships & class packs
Sell unlimited memberships, “8 a month” packs and prepaid bundles — balances draw down as students book.
Student history & attendance
Every booking, pack balance, injury note and past visit on one profile, ready before the class begins.
A recurring weekly schedule
Build your timetable once and let it repeat. Monday 7am yoga, Wednesday bootcamp, Saturday kids ballet — set the pattern and every week generates itself, with term breaks and one-off changes handled in seconds.
Waitlists that auto-promote
When a class is full, students join a waitlist and a cancellation promotes the next person automatically.

Built for your kind of studio
Whether it’s one instructor or fifty.
Opraly flexes to fit how you actually run classes — turn on what you need, ignore the rest.
Solo instructors
You teach every class yourself. Booking, packs and reminders run themselves so you spend the day on the mat, not your phone — and check students in with a single tap.
Multi-room studios
Run yoga in studio A and pilates in studio B at once. Each room and instructor has its own timetable, and the booking page only offers a seat when both are genuinely free.
Sports academies
Group sessions by age and ability, cap each squad and enrol players for a full term. Coaches get their own rosters, parents book in seconds, and the waitlist fills any dropouts.
Franchises & multi-location
Run every site from one login. Each location keeps its own timetable, rooms and instructors while you watch attendance, fill rates and membership revenue across all of them.
A closer look
The features that keep classes full.
- Capacity
A class is a resource with N seats
Give every session a capacity and Opraly treats it like a room with that many chairs — it fills, then it closes.
Why it mattersGroup classes live and die on capacity. Sell one seat too many and you have a crowded mat and an angry regular; leave seats empty and that revenue is gone for good.
For exampleA 6pm spin class set to 20 bikes shows “3 left,” then flips to “Full” and opens a waitlist the instant the twentieth rider books.
- Revenue
Memberships, packs & rebooking
Sell unlimited memberships, “8 classes a month” packs and prepaid bundles, and prompt the next enrolment automatically at checkout.
Why it mattersRegulars are worth far more than one-off drop-ins. Standing weekly enrolments and packs turn a single visit into a year of them.
For exampleAn “8 a month” pack deducts a class each time a student books, warns them at the last credit, and prompts a renewal — no manual ticking off.
- Flexibility
Drop-in tonight, or enrol for the term
The same class supports a one-off drop-in and a standing weekly enrolment, with term breaks and one-off changes handled in seconds.
Why it mattersStudios make money two ways at once — passing trade and loyal regulars. Forcing everyone into one model loses half of them.
For exampleA visitor books just Thursday’s class, while a regular enrols into “Tuesday 9am Reformer” for the whole term and keeps the same seat every week.
- Operations
Instructors, rooms & check-in
Assign each session a teacher and a studio, then run the live roster and check students in from any device as they arrive.
Why it mattersOnce you have more than one class running, conflicts and no-shows multiply. Mapping real rooms and instructors stops clashes and shows you who actually turned up.
For exampleTwo evening classes share one building, so the system keeps them in different rooms — and the instructor taps fifteen names on a tablet instead of a paper register.
How booking works
From “is there room tonight?” to checked in.
A confirmed, paid-up seat without anyone picking up the phone.
Find a class with seats
The student browses your weekly schedule, sees how many spots are left in each session, and picks the day, time and instructor that suits them.
Book a seat or enrol for the series
They grab a single drop-in for tonight, or enrol into the recurring weekly class, and a membership or class pack covers it at checkout automatically.
Reminders & easy check-in
Automatic confirmations and reminders go out by email and push with a self-serve cancel link, then you tap their name on the live roster as they arrive.

Replace the drawer of apps with one.
The booking widget, the spreadsheet of packs, the reminder app and the paper register — all folded into one schedule that does the lot.

Good to know
Questions from studios & academies
How do class seats and capacity work?
Each session has its own seat capacity — for example 20 spots. Opraly treats that session like a resource with 20 chairs: every booking takes one seat, students see exactly how many are left, and the class closes the instant the last seat is taken. There is no way to overbook, so you never end up with a crowded room or someone turned away at the door.
Can students drop in or enrol for a series?
Both, from the same class. A casual student can book a single drop-in for tonight, while a committed student can enrol into the recurring weekly session and keep the same seat week after week. You decide which classes allow which, and memberships or class packs cover either at checkout.
Do you support memberships and class packs?
Yes. Sell unlimited monthly memberships, prepaid bundles and class packs like “8 classes a month.” Balances draw down automatically as students book, the system warns them when they are on their last credit and prompts a renewal, so there is no manual ticking off or end-of-month reconciliation.
What happens when a class is full?
When a session reaches capacity it shows as “Full” and opens a waitlist. Students join the waitlist in one tap, and when someone cancels the next person is promoted automatically and notified, so freed-up seats refill themselves instead of sitting empty. You can cap the waitlist length too.
Can I run a recurring weekly schedule?
Yes — that is the heart of it. Build your timetable once and set classes to repeat weekly. Every week generates itself from the pattern, and you can handle term breaks, public holidays, instructor swaps and one-off changes without touching the rest of the schedule.
Can students reschedule themselves?
Yes. Every confirmation and reminder includes a secure self-serve link to cancel or switch to another session within the rules you set. When a student cancels, their seat reopens instantly and the waitlist promotes the next person, and your front desk stops fielding calls.
Do you send reminders?
Automatic confirmations and reminders go out by email and push at the intervals you choose. You can add pre-class prep notes, waitlist promotions and review requests to the same flow. Business SMS is coming soon as an optional add-on.
How does check-in work?
Each class has a live roster of who is booked. As students arrive you tap their names on a phone or tablet to mark them attended — no paper register. Attendance flows straight into each student’s history and into your reporting on fill rates and no-shows.
Can I manage multiple instructors and rooms?
Absolutely. Assign every session an instructor and a studio or room, each with their own hours and limits. Two classes can never be scheduled into the same room at once, instructors see only their own rosters and check-ins, and you can run several rooms in parallel with no clashes.
Do you handle a waitlist for fully-booked classes?
Yes. When a class is full, students can join a waitlist instead of being turned away. If a cancellation opens a seat, the next person is promoted and notified automatically, so freed-up time refills itself instead of sitting empty. You can cap how long each waitlist runs.
Will it work for a single instructor as well as a multi-room studio?
Both. A solo instructor runs the same schedule, capacity, packs and reminder tools with zero overhead, while multi-room studios, sports academies and multi-location franchises layer on instructor calendars, rooms and cross-site reporting. You only switch on what you need.
Can students see a full class schedule and prices before they book?
Your booking page presents your weekly schedule with each class’s time, instructor, room, spots-left and clearly-priced drop-ins, packs and memberships, so students pick exactly what they want before they arrive. Availability updates the instant a seat is taken, with no surprises at the door.
